EPDM Rubber Membrane
This is a very durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane. This is a great option for roofs with a low-slope. It is available in two colors-black and white- and comes in many sizes. Hail can dent shingles, but this material has the ability to outlast several hailstorms, and rarely leaks compared to asphalt shingles. It is also fire-retardant. Maintenance also tends to be easier compared to its counterparts. The material offers a long lifespan at an affordable price. This material tends to be quicker to install, reducing labor costs.
